When callers dial your FreedomOperator.com toll free number, your automated attendant answers the call and plays a main greeting which you record to your liking. Your automated attendant can handle a virtually unlimited number of inbound calls, will answer each call in the same professional manner and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In your main greeting, you'll want to instruct callers to choose an extension or dial 8 for the dial-by-name directory. Once they select an extension, they are taken through a call flow that has been designated for that specific extension/mailbox.
